Hotel Grammos is about 7 mins by walk from Yeoksam station and 2 stations away from COEX. There’s an Olive Young nearby and a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. If you have heavy luggages, I suggest you take Uber to and from the hotel as the station does not have step-free access. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Water bottles are topped up everyday. Room temperature is ok too and they have an a/c and windows can be opened slightly.
Checkout is strictly at 11am, and beyond that, they charge 11k KRW.
Photos in the listing are accurate so I’m super happy about that. Will definitely stay again.

The location and service are great, the reception staff when we checked in spoke fluent English and gave very detailed instructions. However, being a hotel with stellar reviews, I was expecting more with the hardware. The facilities are very outdated and the room smells damp, will probably be considering another choice when coming to Seoul again.

挺驚喜的，地理位置很方便，前臺英語特別好，講解非常詳細負責。房間比想象的大，動線合理。所有的燈控制都在一個面板上，非常方便。以后還會再來的

Location is 7 mins away from the nearest subway station. However, there is quite a lot of up and down hill to reach the hotel and the hotel entrance is near an alley. Shower and toilet is two separate areas. Shower and washbin is open concept separate by a glass door. No place within the shower area that have a hook to hold towel or our clothing. Not the ideal situation. Near food places around hotel.

Location near to convenient store, restaurants and around 6-7 minutes walking distance to subway station.
Overall experience was good and will definitely comeback

Googleマップの口コミに、トコジラミが出た事があると書いていて、少し警戒していましたが、清潔さについてはそこまで問題無さそうでした。
整形のダウンタイム中に10日間ほど利用しましたが、ロビーに電子レンジや氷があり、地下には洗濯機（洗剤もあり）もあり、長期滯在には悪くなかったと思います。乾燥機は無かったので近くのコインランドリー（支払いはクレカオンリーでした）で乾燥させました。
皆さんがよく口コミで言っている、ホテル前の坂については確かに転ばない様に気をつけるぐらいには急でした。しかしそこまで長い道じゃ無いので大丈夫です。治安については、良くはなさそうです。私が神経質なだけかもしれませんがすれ違う時に、毆られたりしないか心配でした笑（皆さんはそこまで心配しないで下さい。大丈夫です！）
毎日部屋の掃除を頼んでいたのですが、ペットボトルの水の補充がある日と無い日がありました。多分忘れたんだと思います。
早朝の4時ごろに突然洗面臺から工事現場の様な爆音が鳴り響き、水が止まらなくなりました。さらにそのタイミングでトイレの水も流れなくなりました。それが1.2時間続きました。ダウンタイム中に突然爆音で起こされて不快でした。個人的に、痛みが少なくなり、やっとゆっくり寢れるぞーという日の出來事だったので本當に辛かったです。ロビーに連絡しようにも、ロビーの人が対応できる時間が8時?22時だったので、なすすべ無しでした。
私は1泊15000円ぐらいでしたが、1泊1萬円以下じゃないとこのホテルにもう泊まらないと思います。
